““We bought a lot in the Roaring Fork Valley in 1995 and then began the difficult process of interviewing and selecting a builder that we felt we could trust and that could build the quality of home we wanted. We interviewed three builders. After interviewing Todd Burkholder it became evident he was the builder we wanted.

Prior to meeting Todd, we lived in Virginia and worked with an architect there. Our experience with him was difficult so working with Todd was like a breath of fresh air.
